Review: It's cute, but not really like is shown. My ring is open, whereas the one shown us closed, plus the purple is way too light to be amethyst, so I'm not really sure that it is. The middle toe pads are so far apart too

Review: This was sent separately from the rest of my order and was subsequently lost by FedEx. I submitted a ticket to FedEx and they confirmed it was lost and I must go through Shein for refund. Shein is refusing to refund in case I receive the package. It is June 9 and the package was to be delivered by May 27 and I do not have it yet. FedEx has concluded the ticket and closed the file Shein refuses to look into that and just reads the tracking number as "not delivered yet". I will be doing a chargeback to my credit card. The customer service was horrible and defied logic. One agent would tell me to wait till June 5. Then on June 5, wait till June 9 and now on June 9, I am to wait till the end of the day. The package is lost and without doubt, I'll follow up tomorrow and they will ask me to wait again. So a chargeback is my only option for a refund.
